Registration and Trial

ezAudioDeck displays your license status in the footer bar.

Status Indicators

Status	Color	Meaning
Registered to [Name]	Green	Fully licensed — all features available
Trial — X days left	Yellow	Trial period active — all features work
Trial expired	Red	Trial has ended — some features restricted
Unregistered	Gray	No license information found

During an active trial, all features work normally with no restrictions.

When the trial expires and the app is not registered:

The soundboard continues to function normally within the app window
Click-to-play and in-app keyboard input still work
Global hotkeys are silently disabled — system-wide key triggers stop working
No error messages or popups appear — the restriction is intentional and non-intrusive
