Global Settings

Click the gear icon in the header (with no key selected) to access global settings.

Audio

• Master Volume — controls the overall output level (0–100%). All per-sound volumes are multiplied by this value.
• Allow Overlapping Sounds — when off, playing a new sound stops all currently playing sounds first. When on, sounds layer on top of each other.
• Default Output Device — select which audio device receives sound by default. Individual sounds can override this.

Behavior

• Hotkey Mode — register keys as system-wide global hotkeys so they work even when the app is minimized or another app has focus.
• Key Passthrough — when enabled, hotkey presses still type in other applications. The sound plays AND the keystroke passes through to the focused app.
• Auto-Run at Startup — launch ezAudioDeck automatically when Windows starts.
• Auto-Minimize — minimize to the system tray on startup.

Appearance

• Global Color — the accent color used for active keys, UI highlights, and the power indicator.
• Color Key Labels — tint key text labels with the accent color for a more vibrant look.

Reset

• Reset to Defaults — restores all settings and clears all key bindings for the active profile. A confirmation dialog appears before proceeding.
